WebFAR 61.57 (c) changes go into effect today. As of now, you can FINALLY mix and match ATD, FTD, FFS and real airplanes for currency requirements, rather than the nonsensical BS that used to be imposed on some devices. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you no longer need an instructor to sign off your currency session in an ATD/FTD, you can just do it.
